This is the opening song from the animated film “Ivica” which was shown on the former JRT network.
It is about the British animated series from 1976 “Simon in the Land of Chalk Drawings”, about a boy named Simon, who was called Ivica here, and his magical chalkboard where drawn characters come to life.
